Jewel Heels Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns must include the shoe box in original condition. Returns made without shoe boxes or damaged shoe boxes will have deductions in the refund amount subjective to the individual return.
• Items must be new and unused—worn shoes cannot be returned.
• If shoes are used, the customer must pay for return shipping.
• International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Duties, taxes, and any other fees for international orders must be paid by the customer.
